Major new terminal development in the US:  retained by private investors/developers to define the customer experience vision for the new terminal and to develop a customer experience strategy to distinguish it from competing US airports putting this new terminal on the same level as the best airports worldwide.

High growth low-cost airline base in Europe:  on behalf of the recently appointed CEO, directed a strategic review and executive leadership assessment in preparation for a major capital expansion program combined with the opening of an LCC base at the airport.

Major international hub:  retained by CEO to help develop a customer experience innovation strategy, focused on only on technology but also people, resulting in the creation of an airport innovation “lab” in partnership with a leading international innovation player.

Major Nordic airport company:  retained by Board of Directors to analyse the impact of different potential privatisation scenarios of the national airport company on both the airport network and its key stakeholders; this engagement included various case studies of airport privatisation success and failure.

Leading international airport BOT investor/manager seeking to enter the US airport PPP market:  developed a market mapping of key players to identify potential partners and facilitated discussions with shortlisted potential partners.

One of the USA’s largest airports:  worked with the airport’s Executive Leadership, lead a comprehensive 5-year strategic planning initiative including a new vision and mission statement and road map to achieve success.

Fast-growing Gulf hub:  retained by CEO to develop a comprehensive 5-year strategic business plan including the definition of business model, financial modeling of strategic options, and development of measurable targets for implementation.

Major global concession company:  retained to evaluate and recommend upon this client’s interest in developing a portfolio of international airport assets; developed an overall market attractiveness mapping along with market entry strategy options, potential partner assessment and deal listing.

Financial investors of regional European airport:  working for CEO and Board of Directors, analysed the impact of current market downturn at their recently acquired airport asset and identified opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.

Shareholder consortium of a regional airport in Scandinavia:  retained to support shareholders in the potential sale process of the airport, performed pre-sales process market testing and developed Information Memorandum.

Fast-growing Asian regional airport:  retained by newly-appointed CEO to perform a strategic management audit of his management team and assess their willingness/capability to operate in an evolving environment with a new corporate vision.

Soon to be privatised European regional airport:  working for the public shareholders of this airport, developed an analysis of different privatisation scenarios and an evaluation approach to determine the best strategic options for the airport.
